We have designed a process to ensure you are satisfied and we remain on the same page.
Every project starts with a discovery call to hear about your organization’s current marketing strategies and allows us to customize a proposal specifically for your needs.
Once you approve of the proposal and send the deposit, every project will kick off with a strategy meeting, moves into a collaborative process with phases of work needing approval from you, and then an offboarding meeting to ensure you are satisfied with the work we completed. All referrals and repeat clients will receive a coupon code to show you our appreciation thus far.

Our packages reflect some of the most common ways clients bundle our services. If you’re not sure where to start, these can help give you an idea of what’s possible. We know that every organization is different, so we also create custom solutions as needed. During our discovery call, we’ll listen to your goals and help tailor a scope that’s right for you.

We are very selective with our clients because we can only take on a limited number of clients at a given time, allowing us to immerse ourselves fully into each organization and put in the time, care, and brain power needed to consistently provide the highest level of support. We prioritize diversity, equity, and inclusion in our business and we only work with nonprofits that keep the principles of DEI at the heart of their efforts.

Since we are a small team, our time is very limited. We want to make sure the clients we are working with are just as dedicated to the project as we will be. If you choose to accept our proposal, your session fee of $25 will be placed towards the total price of the project. If you do not accept the proposal, you will be refunded!

At The Social Canvass, we are committed to providing our clients with a high level of customer satisfaction. Our process ensures we are on the same page throughout the entire process. We work in phases and approval and feedback is required from you at each step to ensure you are satisfied.
1. Service-specific refunds
For some of our services, we offer a refund for any unused portions of the service. Please contact us to discuss the specific terms and conditions for these services.
2. No refunds for completed work
Once we have completed work on a project, we do not offer refunds. If you are not satisfied with the completed work, we will work with you to make any necessary revisions until you are satisfied with the final product.
